Who owns the hosting account?
We manage the hosting for you, and you still own your code, data and domain. If you ever want to move, we hand everything over.
Can I host it myself instead?
Yes. Hosting with us is optional. We can deploy to your own hosting account and you manage it, or combine self-hosting with a support plan.
Is hosting included in a support plan?
No, hosting is a separate add-on so you only pay for what you use. Many clients pair Business hosting with the Growth plan.
What happens if my traffic grows?
We monitor usage and tell you before you outgrow your tier. Moving up is a simple change with no downtime.
